SHIPPING POLICY
Belita Glow LLC carefully prepares and packages every order to ensure it arrives safely and securely. Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Belita Glow LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED SHIPPING:
For customers who would like additional delivery security, Signature Required Shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
When Signature Required Shipping is selected, a signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a notice or make another delivery attempt.
Customers who select standard shipping understand that their package may be delivered without a signature.
LOST, MISPLACED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, Belita Glow LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
Check with household members and neighbors.
Check around your property and other areas where the carrier may have safely placed the package.
Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
If applicable, contact the carrier to initiate a claim.
We recommend waiting at least one business day after a delivery scan before reporting a package as missing, as packages can occasionally be scanned before they are physically delivered.
Selecting Signature Required Shipping provides an additional layer of delivery security but does not guarantee against loss or theft after delivery.
